that sometimes circumstances leave them no other choice.

We hope that if the circumstances concern exchange or the lack of
understanding it, that you will first contact us. We are here to assist you.

When attempting to list a timeshare,
you'll find that there are individuals,
as well some companies, out there
who would gladly take advantage of
you.

-The most noticeable giveaway for
such is the upfront listing fee. If they
require you to pay anything before the
sell of your timeshare, don't do it.

-If they don't require an upfront fee,
it would still be a good idea to see if
anyone has lodged a complaint
against them with the Better Business
Bureau before entering into any
contract with them.

-If they clear this check, be sure to
carefully read over any contract before
signing it. If you in any way find it
questionable, seek legal counsel, or
contact the office at Hillcrest.
