| We would like to take the opportunity to thank the Board Members and other owners that have volunteered here at the resort. Efforts to improve the dock, adding a covered landing for the boats, is just one of the endeavors of these volunteers. | We, here at Hillcrest, strive to do our utmost to strengthen Hillcrest in the exchange market, to offer any assistance needed to guest and owner alike, and to continuously make Hillcrest a place of which our owners and families can be proud. This would not be possible without the continued, timely support of our owners. That is why we implore those who may still owe their 2009 maintenance fees to contact us. We need the support of all of our owners. Please keep in mind that late fees now apply.
