Our Condo Buildings
Our buildings consist of a combination between one and two bedroom condos situated on eight acres. There are two floors, but no elevators. Each building has available laundry facilities--feel free to leave your coins at home! The laundry facilities are NOT coin operated.

The resort has free wi-fi as well as satellite television. Every unit is also equipped with a sauna, full kitchen, and fireplace.

Our Office
Our office will be the first building on our grounds that will be seen. In it, we host the social for our guests on Saturdays (except holidays, which will push it to mondays). At the social, our staff introduces our guests to area attractions, tours, and dining recommendations over coffee and pastries. They answer questions, assist with reservations and anything else that our guests may require.

The office also houses a public computer for guest-use, a pool table, a video/DVD library, and games.

Our Grounds 

Our grounds are dotted with shady oaks, draped with spanish moss, and roomy. Take a stroll around it or even down to the Abita Springs Golf and Country Club for a
 game. Take the children to play on the playground while you sit under the gazebo and sip at an iced tea or a walk down the dock. Perhaps you'll see an eagle nesting in the cypresses there, a gator, or even a beaver.

Enjoy the quiet of the country while at our resort to unwind after a day of tightly scheduled sightseeing. Well, it's quiet if you consider the symphony of crickets, frogs, and cicadas to be quiet!.

Our Units
Our units are comfortable and well-stocked. Our one bedroom units span 720 sq. feet with one king-sized bed and a queen-sized sofa sleeper.

Our two bedroom units span 940 sq. feet with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized in the guest room, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper.

All the units are equipped with two bathrooms and plenty of closet space.
